- Licensed Master Plumber
- Experience reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems for business and commercial properties.
- Experience cutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring).
- Experience Installing and repairing water supply systems.
- Experience locating and repairing issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
- Experience repairing or replacing broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
- Experience repairing or replacing domestic appliances and fixtures (e.g. sinks) Kitchen, bathrooms and garbage disposals, etc.
- Experience installing gas lines and generators.
RESTORATION: WATER, FIRE AND MOLD
WATER
PROFESSIONAL WATER EXTRACTION WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
- Evaluating the situation rather pipe or roof leaks on commercial or business properties and provide a plan for restoration
- Removing all water using pumps and vacuums
- Dry and dehumidify the affected areas
- Sanitize and remove all bacteria
- Fix any structural damage
- Restore any salvageable contents
FIRE: EXPERIENCED FIRE RESTORATION CONTRACTOR HELPING RESTORE YOUR PROPERTY BACK TO LIVING STATUS AS IF YOU NEVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE A FIRE DISASTER.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- licensed, bonded, and insured
- Experience working with water, fire, mold damage repairs and restoration
- Experience managing staged restoration projects that may require parallel demolition and installation
- Experience working with complex projects that require coordination with multiple different parties
- Experience working with insurance companies on damage claims
MOLD:
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Licensed
- Experience inspecting and evaluating the situation and making a plan for restoration
- Experience treating the affected area to prevent spreading
- Experience with using the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to OSHA, EPA, and the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation for safe removal of mold
- Experience working with various insurance companies
